Sun: Mysore 8:00 - 9:30am
Mysore Light 9:30 - 10:45am
Mon-Thurs: Mysore 6:30 - 8:30am (Doors 4:45am.)
Fri: self-practice 5:45 - 8:45am and usually 4:30-6:00pm.
Shala closed Saturdays, new moons and full moons.
Led classes Weds and Sat at A2 Yoga. Private Instruction for daily practitioners who live too far away for Mysore class, or who have young children.

Mysore class is for regular students only. Consistent attendance is required. Email to learn about the beginners' program. Out-of-town visitors with a daily practice may drop in under most conditions.
Everyone must email before attending their first class.
